A quick update on the progress of the 2nd Chance Books program
Since the start of 2nd Chance Books for Prisoners in March, we have managed to send 137 books to prisoners throughout the United States.
We want to thank you all for your generous contributions and for all of your support. We want to stress the importance of helping a fellow believer who is less fortunate than ourselves and to remember that our beloved Imam Ali (as) is reported to have said through a beautiful narration
“Do not feel ashamed if the amount of charity is small because to refuse the needy is an act of greater shame”
“To render relief to the distressed and to help the oppressed make amends for great sins.”

Again we are overwhelmingly thankful to Allah (swt) and the Ahlul bayt (as) for allowing us the opportunity to assist our English speaking community. Author and Translator Yasin T. al-Jibouri
Al hamdu lilah! We at Yasin publications are overjoyed to announce that we have obtained the permission to publish works from Author and Translator Yasin T. al-Jibouri who has written and translated numerous Shia books. He is well known for his translations which include the Holy Quran, Nahjul Balagha, Al-Muraja’at a Shi’ite-Sunni Dialogue and also books he has written such as Kerbala And Beyond, Allah the Concept of God in Islam, Mary and Jesus in Islam and many, many more. It is a great honor to be working with such a person who has done so much for the cause of Ahl ul Bayt (as)
These books have impacted so many lives and will help spread the message of Islam taught to us by the infallible Ahlulbayt (as).
